Reaching peak positive mental health is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Reaching mental clarity is not an overnight thing. It requires you to be ever vigilant (but not hypervigilant!) in regards to your respective triggers and how they can affect how you treat other people. We are all human and we can slip up from time to time. That’s not a bad thing. What is bad is not trying to get back up after a fall. What’s bad is not allowing yourself to be an imperfect being. We were not created to be perfect beings. Humanity is reaching new heights with mental health and we are all apart of it. We are learning how to accept how we are and building better versions of ourselves for tomorrow. This is just a little reminder that you cannot give up.
